2 Double Rooms in Sociable and Pet Friendly Home

Hi, I’m Martin, a vet student at the University of Nottingham. I’m advertising two double rooms in a friendly household. Soon, another housemate called Ania will be moving in with her adorable cat, Ozzy.

Just a little about me - I am super laid back and always smiling. I am quite active, I am often out of the house at university, doing sports or going for hikes and I often spend weekends in Manchester as my partner lives there. When I'm home I am always up for sharing a cup of tea and a chat. I enjoy things like movie nights or board games, however sometimes I need my own space and go hide in my room. I really like travelling, festivals, being in nature and exchanging stories with new people. I try to keep the vibe here social yet relaxed.

The house is located in a quiet corner of Clifton with easy access to shops and transport links to town. There is a spacious drive and easy street parking too. One of the best parts of the house is the garden as it gets plenty of sunlight in the summer months. It also backs onto a forest so its nice to see all the wildlife and the changing colours throughout the seasons. It also has plenty of space for gardening projects if you are into that :). The house has 2 bathrooms, one small one downstairs and the main bathroom on the first floor which has a separate walk in shower and bath.

I am happy to welcome more pets here as long as they get on with Ozzy :).

The double rooms will come furnished with a bed, memory foam mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. I can include a desk if needed.
