A single room in Clifton available from late March and early April
My current tenant is due to move out end of March
The rent has all bills included (broadband, gas, electricity, a cleaner who comes fortnightly, council tax etc)
We are 10 mins walk from Clifton campus for Nottingham Trent university and across the river from university of Nottingham, Beeston
We are near a tram stop and bus stops - public transport goes into Nottingham city centre and the train station - no more than 15 mins from my house to there
Can also get to East Midlands airport and Queens medical centre within 10 mins bus ride
Near the M1, one hour from Birmingham and the Peak District
Supermarkets only 10 mins away in Clifton and West Bridgford
Leisure centres nearby (within 10 mins)
There is parking available for a car
I have a back garden and an outhouse
Facilities consist of bathroom (shared), outhouse, washing machine, tumble dryer etc
There is myself (male, age 30) and a female tenant of a similar age. She is a PHD student at Nottingham Trent. We welcome students or professionals.
