The house has got a beautiful garden, big living room and kitchen and a big bathroom. All bills are included in the price.
The house is very clean and tidy, it is peaceful and quiet, it has all the facilities someone needs to live in it straight away from cooking to sleeping, all bedding is brand new. All you need is personal belongings like your clothes, shampoo and skincare.
If you would like to live in the house all we ask is that you respect the other tenants just as we respect you so that the three of us live comfortably together in this beautiful home.
You would fit well if you like that type of environment and you don't have furniture to bring with you.
There is a bus stop right outside the house (44 bus route) with final destination ending in King Street, Nottingham town centre.
I believe the house would be ideal for a committed student who is looking to rent for the duration of their studies.
No pets, no smoking, no couples or kids - sorry. This does not mean you are to be single it just means the rooms are best occupied by one person for you to live in comfortably. Guest overnight stays are one night per week (sometimes we can bend the rules slightly if you have family coming from far away:)
