The set up is full house in 3 suites , but there will be a max of only 3 people living there at any time.

Stylish up market furniture .Styling/furniture throughout may vary occasionally as we have an architectural and Interior Design practice ,so things move and change, but never dull !

Great transport links, walking distance to shops, bars etc and very safe and quiet. Thriving much in demand village type hub close by in Edwalton and West Bridgford.
Close by shops/post office /Drs etc. Lots of varied sport facilities and walking places.
Great location for access to main road routes ,bus stops at end of road( 5 mins walk!), and then train transport in Nottingham city centre. and access to tram system.

I am the gate keeper (wookiee)to the calm kind live in architect Land lord and his fantastic home. I manage his home on his behalf as he travels a lot. I run this home as an adjunct to my own set up on similar and successful lines very close by. We are a happy and relaxed crew. We socialise between our two houses when possible too, Eg. with curry /film nights/Christmas get togethers .

We like socialising and we like quiet times. We are both world travelled , fair minded creatives and business people , but generally relaxed with people and in our approach to things. Very clear cut about what we give and expect from anyone.

This is a lovely setting and offering and we are not "in a hurry" to let it out- totally cool to wait for right fit people, not an any fit.
