The flat has been recently decorated including the bedroom to let which is furnished with bed (brand new mattress) and wardrobe. There is driveway parking available and also plenty of on street parking. There is also a washing machine/ tumble dryer in the kitchen. The flat has two bathrooms the main one being shown in the photos.
The flat is situated in a quiet residential area next to the Grantham canal. There are reliable bus routes into the city and it is only a short 15 minute walk to The Avenue in West Bridgford. Morrison’s supermarket is also a 10 minute walk away.
Rent will include all bills: water, gas/electric, council tax, broadband, ground rent and building service charges. The contract will be six months initially and then rolling monthly thereafter.
