- the River Trent (10 minutes)
- Holme Pierrepont national water sports centre (15 minutes)

One room has a large built in wardrobe, a tallboy set of drawers, a bedside table and a king size bed (medium firm mattress) with three large under bed storage draws. Storage will not be a problem in this room. The second room has a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed with large storage inside the divan. This room has additional storage in the ensuite.

The house is a three floor new build, so everything works and big enough for people not be falling over each other. The house is well insulated and has an efficient and reliable heating and hot water system (no cold showers here). Cool in summer and toasty in winter. Perfect. One of the en-suite rooms is on the top floor and the other in the middle floor. Both get nice views, loads of sun and very little noise - is a sanctuary of calm!

The house has private front and back gardens with BBQ and garden furniture with friendly neighbours and free on-street parking. Kitchen dining area and garden would all be communal areas.

You will be sharing the house with 2 people a visiting quiet friendly dog sometimes and 3 friendly cats.

Rent includes council tax, utility bills, WiFi and TV licence, cleaning of main house and garden maintenance. Deposit of one month up front.
