I am a 36 year old professional male looking to let out 1 double attic bedroom in my property. I work away a majority of the time in the transport industry!!
The whole house has recently been refurbished and redecorated throughout, consisting of loft conversion with w/c, (which is the room available existing rooms; second double room, single room, bathroom, ground floor consists of shared living space; living room, kitchen/diner and extension to the rear which could be another living room or dining area. New carpets and flooring have been laid throughout and the property boasts of being light and spacious! I have a double driveway and small garden area to the front of the property, with a large garden to the rear.
Property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, on good reliable bus routes into the city centre, lovely pub within close walking distance, not far from Morrison’s and local doctors, quiet walk down the canal path into West Bridgford town centre.
