Double Bedroom In Well Kept House

I have a double bedroom available in a 2 bed house in Gedling.

My housemate is moving to London for her Masters so the room is available from around July.

The bedroom is a double bedroom with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, bedside table and wardrobe. (Has room for a chest of drawers if you wanted to bring some). The bed also lifts up and has storage!

12 min drive to lace market, 10 minute walk to Carlton train station and plenty of regular bus routes. Shops, cafes, gym, sports centres all near by...as well as Gedling country park.

Im an Art Psychotherapist and I work full time in the camhs - based at a hospital 10 mins from the house. I work 8-8 so quite long hours, but 4-3 days per week :)

I’m very clean and tidy and looking for someone equally like this.

I’m into sports, yoga, gardening, art and always up for fun/new activities! Vegan and love cooking 🥘 happily live with non vegans too.

Recently have spent a lot of time in the garden which is now lovely and full of flowers and growing veg!

Netflix, WiFi, bills and furnishings included.

I have a British Shorthair cat who is very affectionate so a housemate who loves cats is essential. She will snooze on your bed if you leave your door open!
