Large, newly decorated front bedroom, brand new carpet, double bed (brand new mattress), triple wardrobe (hanging space and shelves) computer desk and chair - you provide your own linen, personal insurance and groceries. The two bedrooms on this middle floor are divided by a shared modern bathroom

Ground floor shared by all 3 occupants - Cloaks/WC, Kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, condenser tumble drier, large fridge/freezer) and lounge/diner with large tv & 2 Large sofas. Small grassed garden for bbq's etc.

We are looking for a young professional preferably, who is clean and tidy and will respect the lovely condition of our home and the other tenants who live there. The new tenant will share the cleaning of communal areas/putting out bins/mowing the grass etc. Occasional movie nights/bbq together if wanted.

References required. £550 deposit required (deposited with DPS). Minimum stay 4 months.

House managed by Live-out Landlord who likes to maintain a good relationship with tenants (we have a joint WhatsApp group to discuss occasional problems and keep us all up to date etc ).
