Hi and thank you for taking the time to read my advertisement.

My name is Luke, and I love meeting new people and sharing my home with others. I'm really proud of the home I offer and the people I share it with.

It's a gorgeous, large Victorian house in Kimberley, Nottingham. There is a double room available to rent, which includes a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a desk.

This is not your standard house share; we have a lovely community of people, and it truly feels like a real home. Among the current residents are Ross, a professional carer working with people with autism; Denis, works in operations at Games Workshop ; and Aran works as a paint and decorator. It's a social house and a great bunch of lads who are super tidy and quiet.

You will also have access to the rest of the house, which includes a good-sized bathroom, a dining room, and a large kitchen. Outside, we have a yard with lots of seating that extends into a garden.

We have a dog called Wonder, so you will need to be confident with large dogs and willing to work with me on introductions with Wonder for a short period while she gets to know you.

There is on-road parking available.

The things I LOVE about the house are:

The walls are super thick, so you can barely hear other people!
The garden is a great place to sit and relax.
Kimberley has an amazing bus service and a great weekend evening service called "Rainbow One." 2 pounds into town!
It's really close to local amenities and the motorway, without being noisy.
It's not just a "room," it's a "home," and we want whoever lives here to feel like it's their home, not just a rented room.

Regarding bills, all utilities are included in the rent, along with basic cleaning products and toilet paper. There is also fiber optic broadband in the house.
