Small double available in stunning character home

My name is Lulu and I’m advertising a small double room in my stunning home. I live in a converted brewery in a private gated community with lovely neighbours. There is private off street gated parking and the community is very quiet whilst also remaining sociable and convenient - and there are some fantastic pubs nearby! The house is gorgeous with a private courtyard in the back and all amenities are provided (I. e dishwasher, washing machine).

I recently split with my partner and it’s feeling quite lonely here all alone so I’m posting this ad to see if anyone would be interested in taking the spare bedroom. I am a super fun and friendly person who loves quality time spent over good food and good films. I also used to be a chef so can definitely provide some seriously yummy food!

Whoever lives with me must be very tidy and enjoy keeping a presentable household, must be sociable and happy to have friends over for dinners & drinks, and above all must be kind! I will be flexibly working from home so not entirely sure the property would suit a remote worker also due to the lack of “extra” unused space, unless they would be happy to work in the kitchen (which I’m more than happy for someone to do!).

Sorry for babbling on. Have never written an ad before as you can probably tell, in any case, message me if you’d like to know more! :)

Just as a disclaimer I am planning on getting a puppy in the next 1-3 months so this property is not suitable for anyone who’s allergic to dogs.
