En-suite with sophisticated composting toilet and kitchen unit/sink only (not a full kitchen with facilities but you will have access to main kitchen if you require). Usage of main house facilities is included, especially washing machine and dryer or I will wash clothes for you no problem. The bonus is the use of own semi-private garden with Kingston brook running down the back of cottage. 1 parking space available. Usage of Den next to it with log burner also and double bed on request.
Lovely rural area with a lot of nature and country side walks. The SB university is a 10 minute walk away.
