The room is available for 7 days a week, or Mon-Fri if you'd prefer. Flexible Terms.
The house has all the usual amenities, broadband, microwave, washing machine and so on.
There's a Large shower in the main bathroom and a convenient separate W. C.
A nice lounge and kitchen, and if you need extra storage space just ask.
With plenty of parking space and just off Sutton Rd and the A38, in a quiet estate with a big garden, a truly nice place to relax after work, yet so close to so many distractions and entertainment venues!
The motorway (M1, J28) is a quick 5 mins drive away.
Bus stops are just 2 mins and Kirkby train station about 15 min walk, then it's 30mins to Nottingham City Centre by train, or 45mins by bus. About 20mins to Mansfield.
Within a 10 min drive you have plenty of shopping centres, including the East Midland Designer Outlet, Mansfield town centre, all the supermarkets. Plenty of industries and King's Mill Hospital.
