Housemate wanted! Close to university park/QMC

A single room available in a 2 bed semi-detached house. This property comes unfurnished but I do have some furniture in the house/room (see photos). You could use the furniture already in the room or I could remove them, it's up to you. I would also be willing to buy you a single bed if you would like to rent the room with a proper bed.

The property is within minutes walk from QMC and university park. 1 min walk from Gregory Street tram stop. Has 2 local pubs that both have beer gardens and do real good food. The property comes with a garage and off road parking.

I am on 2 year contract (currently about 1.5 year left) with the university as post-doc research fellow. I do work a lot... but also drink/night out whenever I can. I currently have a rabbit (see photo) and am planning to bring my dog over from Taiwan (where I'm from). They are both very gentle and don't bite. I originally rented this house as my partner was planning to move over but has decided to stay in Manchester for a degree so this property is a bit too much for myself!

I am on Virgin broadband and electricity with e. on. I think I pay about 30£ a month on electricity. The house doesn't have gas. I thought it would be easier if I just cover the broadband and we can share electricity and water bills. As mentioned this place comes unfurnished but whatever I already have I really don't mind sharing! Also I don't have OCD so not obsessed with tidiness etc.

This property is rented on 6 month contract (current one ends in 22nd Sept but I will be renewing the contract when I've found someone). As it is rented through an agent, you might have to pay a 60£ fee to add your name in the contract but will enquire and obviously try not to pay!
