Hi!!
I am moving out of my flat and need someone to take up my tenancy ASAP. My room is 1 in a 6-bedroom flat, living with 5 wonderful students of Nottingham University. 10 minute walk to Uni of Nottingham Jubilee Campus and University Campus. The room has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The flat has 2 very good-sized bathrooms, a communal kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and a large lounge area. Situated in a student-populated Lenton we are very close to supermarkets and both Nottingham and Nottingham Trent Universities.
Students would be preferred to take over my tenancy but not a necessity! The rent for the room is £391/month excluding bills (current bills arrangement is only £37/month, so completely affordable)!
The current lease is only available until September 2021 - so students looking to rent for the 21/22 academic year this might not be the best fit for you.
