Modern house | All inclusive w/ cat

Hello, I’m Ruban. I have a double bedroom available in a three bedroom house.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinet. There are two toilets and a separate bathroom. There is free on street parking, and a garden accessed through a lockable side door. There is also a separate utility room for drying clothes and ironing. All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband). The kitchen has a washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. It’s also fully stocked with utensils, cutlery, cookware and storage containers. The house is well located, being close to the city centre, university campuses, Queen's Medical Centre and several supermarkets.

A bit about the current residents. We both work full time, mostly from home. We're both clean, tidy and easy going. In my spare time, I like climbing, reading and going out for a drink. There is also a small kitten.
