I'm looking for a replacement tenant who will replace me for the rest of my contract (starting from 01/04/2026 till 31/08/2026 - maximum of 5 months). Short term lets considered.
Its a newly renovated 5 bedroom property with modern amenities (all of them ensuite rooms) with a really professional, responsive and supportive landlord who addresses any potential concerns/issues immediately.
Currently there are 4 people including me living in the property - mix of PhD students and professionals who are friendly and keep the communal areas clean. Looking for a replacement tenant for my room - no preferences as long as they are friendly and keep the communal areas clean and tidy.
The room is in second floor with ample light (3 large windows), hardwood floor, really good heating with a large radiator and a large workdesk with a roller chair, a large modern cupboard with dual mirror doors and a double bed with storage space inside bed frame.
Potential tenants will need to gothrough standard basic reference checks and either provide income proof to verify affordability or have a UK guarantor.
