To professionals: £390 pm bills inc, +£35 council tax

To students: £390 all bills inc

The deposit is equal to a months rent + a £50 fee for admin

I’m moving in with a friend so need my room taken over, it’s available until the 18th of July

One room in a flat in lenton, potentially two rooms if friends wanted to move together. Friendly household, mix of students and professionals all in mid twenties

The room is bigger than it looks in the video these screenshots are from, the bed I believe is king size and the wardrobe is full size. The window above the bed is stunning for hearing rain at night and makes the room feel really bright, the blind is blackout though so you can make it pitch black to sleep.

Kitchen has all the amenities (inc a washing machine) and there are two full bathrooms and two fridge freezers with plenty of kitchen storage.

Living room is furnished and a good size, majority of the household tend to hang out in the living room in the evenings, but no stress if you’re like me and keep yourself to yourself

There’s a Sainsbury’s like a two minute walk up the road, a bunch of little off licenses and takeaways around a 5/10 minute walk away on lenton boulevard, and bus stops in both directions right by the Sainsbury’s
