Location and Transport:

The house is located In Lenton, perfect distance to Nottingham City Centre which is around a 20 minute walk or you can catch a bus in 5 minutes and you will be in the city centre. The house is also in a great location for Queens Medical Centre as it is a short 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride will take you directly there. There are plenty of local shops around theres a petrol staion opposite with a handy shop, a Sainsburys Local for last minute bits is also around the corner. A short 10 minute walk will take you to Castle Marina Retail Park with lots of shops including a large Sainsburys, Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut and much more. Savoy cinema is located around the corner from the house showing all the latest films for all you film lovers.

The House and Room:

The House has a communal kitchen and dining area with flatscreen TV, and contains all mod cons including 2 fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dish washer and washing machine. There is also a small garden perfect to chill out in the summer months. Also provided is the fastest broadband there is!

The rooms are all great sized doubles and come fully furnished with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and a free-view tv point. We also include soft furnishings which includes.. duvet & pillows with duvet cover, a bedside lamp, curtains, mirror and cushions.

Rate:

ALL bills included in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a cleaner than will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks!!

Housemates:

This is a professional house share so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded house mates.
