My current housemate is moving out during October and I'm now looking for a new housemate.
My house is near to J24/25 and long eaton train station so perfect for commuting. There is off road parking on the front drive if you have a car.
There are three large rooms downstairs, two with wall mounted flat screen TVs and a PS4 in the conservatory. You will get almost exclusive use of the living room which has been redecorated recently.
The spare room will be redecorated with new carpets and furniture to give a refresh before you move in.
We have a medium sized dog who is very friendly.
