There are 2 bath/shower rooms, so each person will share a bathroom with only one other person.
The communal area is full of character with a large sofa for relaxing or watching a bit of telly, and a dining table if you would like to entertain friends.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern, new appliances: an American Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, etc.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer too.
The rent includes all bills, (including unlimited fibre extra broadband) so there is nothing extra to pay.
We also employ a cleaner for the communal areas.
Rooms are available for one person each for a minimum of 6 months.
