We have available the second, double room to our house that we would love to rent out to someone ! The house itself is a 10 minute walk to the train station in Long Eaton, there is also a pub at the top of the estate, and always the fields to have a walk around ☺️ This room has a lot to offer ! We are looking for someone who is professional, females and males welcome. The room has a built in closet area, and features a view over the back garden and the fields at the back. Room is available now. It is unfurnished and could do with a lick of paint on one of the walls, ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE !! Myself and my partner are very laid back people, very clean and welcoming. I have 2 vehicles myself so the drive is full but there is room to park over the top of the drive. Myself and my partner are professionals. There will be times where you will have the house to yourself as we do like to be out and about, we usually take the pooch out with us, unless it’s shopping etc.

We also have a pet dog. Her name is Tyskie and she’s a Husky. She’s extremely friendly and your best mate for life when you get to know her! She only howls and barks when it’s asked of her so she’s very quiet. She also knows that you need your own space and will always be downstairs with her Mum and Dad She is house trained so no messes🐶 Due to this we will no longer be accepting pets as she plays rough with other dogs.
