Hi, I’m Barbara, I’m 30 (R. I. P. twenties) and I work at Research for the NHS. I am currently the only lodger at the two bedroom house backing the Erewash Canal. I am looking for a professional female who would like to rent the second bedroom.

More about the house:
The house is beautifully decorated, well kept and have many original features. It is fully furnished with all the basic necessities. There is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher (🙌🏻) and a washing machine, as well as kettle, toaster, hoover and everything you need - just pack your things and move in! 😊
There is one shared bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The garden has a side entrance with a small patio area plus a grassy area which backs onto the beautiful Erewash canal. Life is better by the water 😉

- Gas central heating.
- Working fireplace
- The property has a burglar alarm fitted.
- The bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband) to be shared 50/50 (£150pm)
- Private landlord (lovely, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful!)

More about the room:
Good size double bedroom. Original fireplace and beautiful wooden floor. Furnished with the kingsize bed and mattress, bed side table and clothing rack. I will post the picture of the bedroom as soon the current tenant moves out.

More about the neighbourhood:
The property has good transport links to Nottingham, Derby, the QMC, the University of Nottingham and the airport. The house is close to Long Eaton train station and M1. There are several major supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi) within walking distance as well as Long Eaton centre with nice coffee shops, pubs, takeaways, shops and more. For walking/running/cycling enthusiast there is a lovely West Park!

More about me:
I am from Poland 🇵🇱, but I live in England since 2017. I work for the NHS on a hybrid basis (2-3 days from home). I love to bake (and I’ve heard I’m quite good at it!). I’m tidy, friendly and easy going. It would be nice if my house mate is also a friend who I can relax with and get on with.
