You’ll have access to a shared bathroom and a fully stocked living room/kitchen. There is also a garage you’ll have access to for storage only (landlord uses it for their car). There is plenty of off street parking, it’s a very safe street. The room comes with all bills included: water, electricity, council tax, broadband and TV.

Landlord is a 29 year old professional working in Nottingham looking for someone like minded to share my flat with. I enjoy cooking/baking, watching films and having a few drinks at the weekend.
