Double Room in Newly Renovated Blidworth House

Hello,

I have one room available to let in a three-bed semi-detached house in Blidworth. It's a short walk to the main village shops and in easy driving distance to Mansfield (~10 minutes) and Nottingham (~25 minutes).

The house was recently renovated from scratch with a brand new central heating system, full electrical rewire, full house plastering, brand new kitchen, bathroom, etc.

The room fits a double bed and wardrobe; there is a home office which you would be welcome to use when I am not there :)

There is also plenty of parking space - two cars can fit on the driveway which is gated and there is also space on the street.

About me:

I'm a 27-year-old female and I work as a Marketing Manager for a company based in London. I mainly work remotely but also travel to London fairly often for work meetings and to see friends.

I'm looking for someone to share the house with so ideally want someone with who I'll get along and be friends :) I'm very into traveling and spontaneous trips away, going to the gym ~4 times a week; enjoying art/photography, etc.

I have a two-year-old rescue cat called Rosco - he is an outdoor cat and prefers to spend most of his time outside; when he is inside he's very affectionate, chill and sleeps a lot!

Not many 'rules'; I'm fairly laid back but would just ask the obvious that you are clean and tidy as everything is new - smoking is fine but please only outside the house.

There is a front garden and back garden - the back garden will be having work done soon to make it into a nice social space. There is also a secure shed for bike storage.
