The available room is the master bedroom. It comes fully furnished with lots of built in storage space.
The house has just been completely refurbished (The video shows an up to date version) It has a new kitchen diner with plenty of seating space and a large living room with 75" TV.
The house is on a quiet and safe street in an upscale residential area. The transport links are good. The local gyms and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. It has off street parking and garage space for storage. There is also a large private garden.
I work in London during the week and come back on some weekends so you would have the house mostly to yourself.
