Double Bedroom

This lovely spacious room is located 15 minutes away from the City Centre in a quiet area in Mapperley. There are local amenities and Cafes within walking distance, Punch bowl Pub at the end of the road ( literally!) as well as Aldi which is a 10 minute walk ( 5 mins by Car).

The room is double room that has two built in wardrobes, it has recently been re-carpeted and is the best room in terms of lighting. there is a communal area and patio which is really nice to chill in the summer.

We are looking for a chilled female who is friendly, respectful of others, clean & Tidy, who is not noisy, likes animals and looking for a peaceful place to live. ( No students I'm afraid!)

Also there are two cats living in our House Share Scooby & Sky ( bro & sis) who are both house trained and very friendly especially when being fed lol.

now back to the room! hehe

the double room is £420 pcm all Bills inc
deposit is £420 + 1 months rent.

with regards to parking there is plenty of space outside the house or along the street.
