I’m 33, fun loving and hardworking, I enjoy a nice game of cards or just watching some gripping series on TV or films at the cinema.

The property is in a large Edwardian/Victorian converted house, it’s a 2 bed flat with gated parking and intercom in a conservation area. My neighbours are lovely and we care about the property and keep the grounds in good shape.

I have updated the property from top to bottom with unique artwork and smart millennial decorating and now looking for someone (or a couple) to move in to enjoy it as much as I do.

My work usually keeps me in London so most of the time you will be at the flat exclusively, In essence a whole one bed flat to yourself. 👍🏾

I will still pop up a couple times to visit my room and will be around should you need. The flat is furnished with a living room including a large 4K TV, fast WiFi and a storage cupboard. A shared bathroom and a kitchen complete with extras such as kettle and a toaster.
I’m looking for someone (or a couple) who will look after my property like it’s their own and make this flat a home keeping it CLEAN and smelling sweet, if you feel you’re a great fit for this flat - drop me a line and let’s go from there. 😊

🚌 The nearest bus stop is Alexandra Court which is a 5 mins walk and the 45/46 bus will take you to town in under 5 mins!
