Double room in newly refurbished house

Beautiful well appointed period house in great location just off mapperley top. Good travel routes into the city with on road permit parking available. Large double room fully furnished in a relaxed house. I am the live in landlord, super easy going, clean, tidy and just looking for someone to rent the room now available as my sister has been living with me here for the last few years but is now moving out.

I do have a dog but he’s ace and no fuss at all! I’ve just renovated the interior of the house and now ready for someone to share this space! I used to be a private chef but now decided to become a driving instructor so I had more work life balance. So although I live here I come and go a lot throughout the day. The property has a large garden with great views and added bonus of a hot tub. It’s a big house so hard to get under each other’s feet. It is council tax band C with all bills included.
