I am offering a double room to rent in my cozy 3 bedroom house, that is always commented for how it makes people feel immediately at home!

Kitchen has a dishwasher and hot chocolate machine!

The living room/dining room is open plan, which naturally encourages a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Bathroom just going through 5k renovation so will be brand new and amazing and ready for 1st may :)

I have listed myself as a Live-In Landlord, but I am mainly based in Paris. Returning 1/2 weeks per year. So it's a nice opportunity to live in a house sharing with just one other, you have plenty of space.

2 minute walk to Sainsbury's, 5 minute walk to Aldi, 10 minute walk to Mapperley Top (lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bars), 10 minute bus to city centre/30 minute walk.

One housemate recently moved in: Kris who likes TV, socialising, Chinese culture and the gym. Kris is moving in with his girlfriend soon, so you'll get to choose who your new housemate will be in a few months :)

The house will basically be yours and Kris to stay in.
