My name is Olivia, I turn 25 in May and after living in my home for almost two years I’m looking for a roomie. With me are my two pets: Kelpie, a 9 month old cockapoo (who is featured in one of the photos) and Selki, an almost 6 year old ragdoll. Unfortunately, they don’t pay rent /:
Originally from Hampshire, I graduated UoN in 2022 and now work in recruitment. I work full time and from home 3 days a week. I enjoy a night in and out, tv and movies, big Elvis Presley fan?
🏡 About the House
Some people think this is my nan’s house - it’s not. I just have amazing antique taste. Jokes aside, it’s a 2 bed Edwardian end terrace house.
There’s a large 3 piece bathroom at the end of the corridor upstairs. The kitchen is cosy, I have almost everything someone would need to cook and clean but by all means please add to the collection. The house is a bit maximalist anyway. I get on well with all the neighbours who are lovely.
🛏️ About the Room
A gorgeous and quite spacious double bedroom that faces the garden and some green spaces. Really quiet in the room at night. It’s about 3.5x3.5m.
The wardrobe and chest of drawers will stay there so you’re welcome to use those or anything else photographed (I’ll pop the dressing table in my room though). All you’ll need is a bed frame, mattress and a desk if you wish to have one!
📍 Location & Transport
Near the Vets4Pets Mapperley so there’s a local Sainsbury’s just a short walk away. Aldi is walkable in under 10 minutes and you can be in the centre of Mapperley in 15 mins.
The 60/61 line takes you right into town - the bus stop is about 2 minutes walk away and only takes 10 mins to get into Notts center. Parking is on street, no permits required. There’s usually a fair bit of space if you have a car.
🐾 Pets
You will move into a house with 2 pets already - both are very lovely and you basically get a free dog and cat included in as part of your tenancy. Happy to consider more animals if you have any :) bonus points if it’s a cockapoo too
💸 Rent & Bills
I’m looking for £600 which for full transparency is just under half of everything. This will include bills, council tax (Band A) etc etc. Literally everything. I have no plans to increase this, I won’t ask for a deposit buy I do ask that you cover any damages. By all means you can use my Prime, Disney + and whatever else I have as a subscription too if you want. There’s also strong wifi - full fibre 500Mbps included.
🙋♀️ Who I’m Looking For
Someone who is just as obsessed with my animals as I am, ideally. I’m in the office 2 days per week and if someone was able to take the dog out for a wee etc on these days would be soooo helpful! I really wanna become friends with whoever moves in, probably impossible to not the house isn’t that big ‘:) smokers/non smokers, drinkers/non drinkers welcome.

After work hours / weekends would be ideal but happy to be flexible. I will send a video walkthrough of the rest of the house after we’ve started speaking, floor plan of the whole house is included. Yours will be bedroom 2.
