The house is a semi-detached home. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe and desk. It is a peaceful house and you will have a lot of privacy as the room is on the ground floor. There is a ground floor bathroom with a shower, as well as a bathroom with a bath on the first floor. You will have access to the shared kitchen/diner and garden. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and the other electrical essentials.

From the house, it is a 10 min walk(0.5 mile) to the town centre, 20 min (1.1 mile) walk to Newark Castle station and 25 min (1.2 mile) walk to Newark Northgate station. By car, the house is less than 5 min from the A46 leading you to Lincoln or Nottingham in 30 minutes by car. There is off road parking at the property.

The rent of £400 monthly is all inclusive of bills including gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband. The room is available immediately.
