I private rent a 2 bed terraced house in newark near town, unfortunately My housemate told me couple weeks ago she's going to be moving out.
I've lived in house for 5 years now it's my home, so don't want to move out!
My problem is not sure when she be going, could be about 6 months, but I would like to be prepared and get to know the person gives me time!
Don't want people to see it as a shared housebound want it to be your home aswell!
My landlady will be doing all the proper paperwork so u will need a guarantor, reference and deposit.
