Double room in lovely spacious and furnished house

Double room available in a furnished modern house that is close to town. Walkable to Mapperley top and Sherwood.

I am looking for a house mate for 4 months over the summer. From 19th May to 22nd September, but I can Be a bit flexible on these dates.

I will be in and out of the country on travels so you’ll mostly have the house to yourself. Will suit someone who likes their own space and wants a nice house for the summer.

The house is a decent sized, modern place with a balcony and garden. Great for a g&t after work. There is a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, big fridge freezer with ice machine, lean to for storage or clothes drying and a gas bbq.

I’ve got all bills included ( with a fair usage cap) and am up for meeting for a coffee before to have a chat. Council tax band is C but this will be included in bills.

If WiFi is a deal breaker I can sort this too.
