Large double room in friendly all girl house with Ensuite (all other rooms have their own Ensuite or dedicated bathroom), with shower, toilet, basin. Current tenants get to choose who joins the household and will normally do the viewings, it is therefore more likely they would choose another female. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the household and will treat the other tenants and communal areas with respect.

Room has double bed, full height wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, shelves, high ceilings nice and bright. Good sized room, with bay window and great views over the city as on 1st floor. Contents of the room are flexible (some want desks others bookshelves or chair - we can be flexible for your specific needs.

10 minute walk to the city centre, bus stop opposite, recent new kitchen, carpets decoration, throughout,

Large lounge, large kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, range cooker two large fridge freezers, lots of cupboard space.

Communal areas cleaned once per fortnight.
