Bright Double Room in Mapperley

Hello, we're looking for someone to share our friendly house. Situated in a nice quiet street in Mapperley with a terraced garden with lawn and decking which is a lovely sun-trap in the summer, perfect for BBQing.

My house-mate and I are looking for someone who would like to share our relaxed home with us. We’re both pretty clean and tidy, I teach Art and Jon is a film lecturer. The house is nice and bright with wooden floors throughout. The room has 180 degree views out over Nottingham and comes fully furnished.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax, water, TV licence, gas, electric and 50Mb Wi-fi internet.

There’s a 42 inch smart TV with built in apps like IPlayer, 4OD, Netflix and YouTube etc.

There’s also a cleaner for the communal areas.

If you don’t know Nottingham, Mapperley’s a lovely quiet area with lots of shops, bars and coffee shops etc.

We’re just off Woodborough Road a minutes walk from a bus stop to town. It’s 10 min on the bus to the city centre, or around 5 mins walk to Mapperley Top shops. There’s also an Aldi and a Sainsbury’s local less that 5 mins walk.

Alternatively in 10 mins you can walk down the hill to Sherwood which also has lots of nice shops/bars/ restaurants etc.

There's also a lovely park (Woodthorpe Grange) a couple of minutes walk away.
