Hi, my name's Sue! Hope you're doing OK! What am I like to live with? I think warm, considerate, quiet. We may even have some laughs! Happy to give space when needed too! If you speak English as a second language, I may be able to help as I'm a qualified ESL tutor. I love meeting people from different cultures/countries/backgrounds. Think I'm young at heart too!

The double room (for single occupancy) measures 2.82 m x 3.92m. It is south facing, sunlit and over looks the garden. It's fully furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a desk, two lamps, plus a bookshelf unit. Bed linen is provided, if you'd like it. There is a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and a maintained, garden to relax in (if the weather holds!) The communal spaces are cleaned regularly by myself and any cleaning contributions are most welcome!

The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of free, on street parking, if you drive. Just around the corner is the number 40 bus stop which goes to town (15 minutes) or to the City Hospital (also 15 mins). The Wells Road Centre is 5 minutes away and there's a large supermarket, literally just up the road.

It's just a short walk (about 12 mins) to vibrant Mapperley Plains, with its pubs, cafes, post office, chemists, restaurants, shops and hairdressers! It's got a good vibe at weekends!

Utility bills, plus Council Tax are included. There is also free wifi and a Virgin Media TV package.
