Hi :) I am a former flatmate and I am looking for a student to take over my contract NOW or within the next week or so - I have moved out the room therefore once you have paid the holding fee (£90) deposit (£250) and rent (tbc) then you would be able to secure the room and take over my tenancy. I have decided to leave this room for personal reasons but the location is fantastic as I had lived here the previous academic year. It is close to everything I needed being a student at Nottingham Trent. Aldi is literally round the corner which is excellent if u want to do a food shop as it closes at 10pm. There is a gym nearby too!

The Room is Located in Flat 6 (Room 3) of Six Degrees Student Accommodation located on St Marks Street close to Glasshouse and Liberty Living.
