I'm a live in landlord with one lodger already and we're looking for a friendly, respectful professional to join our home. We're very clean and tidy and like our own space but equally enjoy socialising with a drink or two of an evening.
Great location near the bars and shops of West Bridgford as well as being 5 mins walk from a main bus route into the city centre.
The house is on a quiet new build estate with plenty of on street parking and a garage. I also have a garden, great for summer BBQs!
All bills included in the rent which includes high speed fibre broadband and Sky TV.
The kitchen diner is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and extensive cupboard space. The lounge is large with a smart TV for the occasional Netflix binge!
