Large double bedroom in Bakersfield

I’m looking to rent my double bedroom Mon - Fri, weekends excluded.

I live alone and am looking to rent only one of my bedrooms to one individual. No couples.

The room is in a large quiet house with garden, located in a quiet neighbourhood.

There is plenty of on street parking on a wide and very quiet road with very little through traffic.

There is a bus stop 2min walk away which will take you to Nottingham city centre in 10min.

There is access to a large shared bathroom with bath and shower. I have my own en-suite so the bathroom will generally only be shared if I have friends or family staying, or if i feel like having a bath!

Electricity, gas, and Wi-fi are included.

I am looking for a quiet professional, respectful of my property, very clean and tidy, and a non smoker.

You will be responsible for keeping your room and bathroom clean, though I will not expect any participation in cleaning the rest of the house, other than cleaning up after yourself.
