I am a PhD student at the University of Nottingham. My flatmate will leave to live with his gf. I am looking for a new flatmate who is clean, tidy and responsible.

The flat is contemporary in the heart of the city centre of Nottingham where the most restaurant, shops, cafes located.

Great location for Nottingham Trent students (10 mins by walking) and University of Nottingham students (15 mins by tram). The tram stop is just 3 mins by walking so easy access to anywhere.

The Flat has two bedrooms with good size and each room has their bathroom (ensuites) The room has a huge wardrobe buried to the wall.

The kitchen has a mini-refrigerator, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, etc all you need applicants.

There is a washing machine with dryer etc.

The rent is quite cheap compared to equals because I rented a long time ago for the lowest price.
