The house is a townhouse based over three floors the larger en suite top floor room is very light and airy and on the 2nd floor is the smaller double with access to the shared bathroom, there are two communal lounges one with virgin tv and a shared kitchen with washing machine. The property also has a small fenced and gated garden.
High speed internet, tv, all bills including council tax are all included in the rent.
I live at the property and I am a mature degree student and also work part time.
