Lodger wanted, fully furnished house 🏡

I got a 3 bedroom link detached house which is fully furnished and I’m looking for a responsible lodger who would want to rent a double room. I’m preferable only looking to rent out to one person so they will pretty much have the house to themselves with spacious back garden, spare bedroom for guest stop over/study area.

This is a perfect setup if you are a single parent family or if you just want peace and your own space without others being in your way all the time.

The biggest room will be main lodge which has plenty storage, massive wardrobe, chest of draws, two bedside tables and a double bed.

There is Lots of storage space available kitchen, garage, loft. There is unlimited fast virgin fibre optic internet with a good virgin TV package.. all included.

You will also have access to another bedroom which you can use for visitors or as a study room with chair and desk etc or where you would be able to work from. This room also has storage space which could be used.

I’ll be returning some weekends and says there and there and leave periods from work namely Easter, summer and Christmas. However, rest assured you will be on your own In there 90% of the time.

The house has everything in it for your comfort as it’s fully furnished house and you have access to back and front garden, driveway, garage and generally peace and quiet for yourself.

It’s a lovely home, with smart features for connivence access to , ring, nest, Swann CcTv, LIFX. ,

Garden is fully kitted with garden furniture, swing chair, bbq grill, etc.

There are good transport links to the city from the area and also on a quiet street.

All bills are included.

The best way to summarise it , it’s almost like having an entire fully furnished house to yourself. Just that you are a lodger!

It’s truly a wonderful place and a viewing is highly recommended.

Single parent families or couples maybe considered for a revised price.
