1. You have to be a full time student as this is the requirement of Unitestudent.
2. You will have your own bathroom in your room, and a shared kitchen with other 2 female roommates. They are both very careful about the COVID-19 and easy-going, kind, cute girls.
3. This flat's building is right besides the reception building. It will only takes you 2 mins to the reception. Meanwhile, the reception is responsible for collecting your parcels, and if you have new parcels arrive, you can either check MyUnite app or your email as the reception will tell that you have parcels arrive. Also, you could ask them any questions that you concern.
4. Right beside the reception, there is a laundry room for students.
5. 5 mins walk to bus stop, where has 34, 35, 36 and Indiago that can go to city center. 5 mins walk to Jubliee Campus Library.
6. Maintanance is very nice, they will usually come repair the property on the day you call them. Fast and good.
7. Kitchen provides one garbage can, and there is an area downstairs with 10 big garbage cans where you can pour your kitchen garbage.
8. The move in date can be negotiated.
9. You have to buy your own bedding bags as Unitestudents doesn't provide.
