All bills included, en-suite room, £600 per month, available to move in any time from now. The room is an en-suite and has a lot of space and storage!
We have a spare room in our multi-national house share. The house itself has 4 bedrooms over 3 floors. On the top floor there is this room with en-suite bathroom, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and there is another small room on the ground floor.
The room itself comes with bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. The en-suite has shower, toilet and sink.
About us: We are all from different places in the world and would welcome anyone, regardless of their origin/gender/sexuality.
PhD students, professionals or mature students are welcome, as are couples (adding £50 pcm). Please contact us for a viewing.
The room price includes bills (incl. broadband; we don't have a TV license or any extra TV channels).
