Nice Housemate Wanted Stylish House 10 min from CC

We are searching for a nice new housemate (or couple*) for our houseshare which is 10 mins out (tram) from Nottingham City Centre, it is stylish and furnished, the bedroom is quite big and square and comes with a large wardrobe and double bed so you just need extras to make it your own!

I am a graduate, 28 years old, working full time, have a lot of hobbies so I'm not always about, but an ideal housemate would be someone to make friends with, maybe sometimes we could cook dinner for each other and if we have any activities we both like eg cinema, running, we could go. Also we can be respectful of each other's schedule/need to have some peaceful time etc. Preferably a similar age, any gender is fine (I am male) not suitable for undergrad students.

The property includes: living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, study room / spare room, small but sunny garden (when the sun is out!) washing machine etc, internet, 10 min tram to Nottm city centre, located near forest rec park.

Bills (inc broadband) typically approx £125pcm

*Please note the price stated is for 1 person. For 2 people it would be £200 rent pcm each and cheaper bills each.
