The property is located 3 minutes from the nearest bus route into the city centre and beyond. Good links to the a60/M1 jct 26 as well as the city hospital. On street parking is available. Bills, WiFi etc are all included in the room price.

You would be living with me (Steph) plus my affectionate cat Lil. There is a lovely garden to enjoy when the weather is nice. I work as a primary school teacher on suplly, and a nanny, whilst studying towards my MA in Play Therapy.

The house is quiet in general as it’s just me right now, but I’m sociable and always happy to chat if that’s the vibe, but equally respectful of the need for privacy/quiet. I’d love a housemate that feels comfortable here.
Lil (cat) may not respect your space as much as I do, so it’s important that you are okay with cats 😊.
