Double bedroom in a city centre flat

I am looking for a new flatmate to move in a 2-bedroom flat in the beginning of March.

The flat is located between the train station and the city centre so everything is close by.
The room is furnished (bed, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers) with nice laminate flooring and a en-suite bathroom.
The flat is fairly new and has great facilities (lots of storage space in the kitchen area, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, double-glazed windows). There is a kitchen/living room that we will share.

I am a final year PhD student and spend most of my days at Uni. I enjoy climbing, hiking and being outdoors in general, so I will be frequently away over the weekends, but I also like occasionally socialising at home in the evenings.

I am ideally looking for another postgraduate student or a professional to live here for 6-12 months because we'll start a new contract with the letting agency. You are likely to need a UK-based guarantor for the letting agency.

The bills are not included and amount to approximately 50-60 pounds per month at the moment.
