Large room in 3 bed house next to king Edward park with garden and city views. We’re a 10 min walk to sneinton market and 20 min walk to the train station / city centre.

The room has a queen bed with igel mattress (it’s comfy af), under bed storage, bedside table, decorative fireplace and built in wardrobe storage. There’s space for your own furniture too and plenty of wall fittings to hang things / make it your own space.

Current housemates: myself (29) and Karl (31). We’re both pretty easy going young professionals, looking for like minded people to share the house with.

Also worth mentioning now that we’re mainly a veggie household and ideally looking for a likeminded person as we share all kitchen utensils. (Aka, no cooking raw meat, sorry if this is a deal breaker for you!)
