Short Let room with 2 F students French & German

A very large room in a shared house is available for a short time (22 Sep - 9 Oct) and a smaller room for £160 per week is available for 11-18 Sep. This may suit someone between housing who just needs somewhere temporarily whilst it gives them time to sort themselves out. The two other flatmates are female are from France and Germany, so ideally this would probably suit someone similar. This LARGE room will then be available again (11 Dec 2022 to 31 Jan 2023), so if you need somewhere for a short time during any of these dates, and you are a female student (or young professional) between homes, then please get in touch. ALL bills - light, heat, power, water, wifi, netflix etc., all included. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge are shared. Kitchen has appliances - kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, breakfast bar. A cleaner visits weekly to clean communal areas but we expect all guests to clean up after themselves. No shoes indoors. No smoking. Clean people preferred. Thanks.
